Sunshine Cove Farm is a small farm in Boone, NC, owned and operated by Jill and David Nicklaw, with some help from young Olivia and Jack.  We provide organically grown vegetables, fresh eggs, local honey, and more through the Watauga County Farmers Market, High Country CSA, and directly to local individuals and restaurants.

We also provide Micro Greens to restaurants and through distributors in the broader North Carolina market and beyond.  In fact, Micro Greens have become the cornerstone of our business, and with good reason – our quality and service are second to none!
